For the eighth time, Elsevier has awarded universities that, thanks to their research, influence the perception of Polish science in the international arena. The Research Impact Leaders Awards statuettes are awarded in six categories, according to the OECD classification: life and agricultural sciences, engineering and technical sciences, humanities, medical sciences, natural sciences and social sciences. In each category, three institutions are nominated that stand out in terms of research quality, its internationalization, the number of publications in renowned scientific journals and international cooperation.
